Solution

The client identified a new market opportunity in vitamin water and plant-based water. Recognizing this growing trend, the management team decided to strengthen the overall business by expanding into these emerging bottled water categories. The focus was on exploring the feasibility of entering these markets and formulating a branding strategy that would position the new products successfully.

The analysis resulted in a comprehensive market feasibility study for both plant-based and vitamin water, which included evaluating the potential customer base, competitive landscape, and overall demand. Additionally, a branding strategy was developed, focusing on how to differentiate the new products in a competitive market. This strategic plan laid the foundation for market entry.

KAJANURAK

Solution

The Kajanurak project empowered villagers with a new source of income through design and marketing. By creating the 'Chang Hiiw' (Hungry Elephant) brand, we showcased local craftsmanship and promoted a message of coexistence with nature.

Key Result

The project successfully reframed the conflict between villagers and elephants. It provided sustainable income for the community, fostering a positive shift in their perception of wildlife, and transforming the challenge into an opportunity.

Challenge

In Eastern Thailand, a conflict between villagers and 3,000 wild elephants threatened crops and their livelihood.
